Details: Wayne Zitkus (often credited with creating the SCCA Pro Rally Series) examines the damage after Scott Harvey stuffed his Dodge Ramcharger on Fred's Stage in the 1974 Sunriser 400 Forest Rally held out of Chillicothe, Ohio. Fred's Stage was named because a guy by the name of Fred lived either at the start of the stage or the end. I can't remember which.
